A DAY OUT WITH THOMAS

Hello All!
Hope all is well. Well we survived a day with Thomas the Train. I wasn't quite sure what to expect when we arrived, but we had a great time. Ian can't wait to back. We got to ride the train and look at old antique cars. Boothbay Railway Village is really neat on it's own and I'm not sure we would have ever gone if it were not for this event. It's got some great old barns filled with old, beautiful cars. Ian was a trooper and very patient with me hobbling around. Next year we can do the bouncy pirate ship and all the other little rides. Just couldn't do it with a broken toe... One of the major attractions for him was the first aid station. There was an ambulance and the EMT turned on the lights and let him go inside. I think he was more excited by that than anything else. Wish I had more to report. We are all, as usual, very busy.
Big Love,
Sarah
