Just chilling after a very busy Christmas. It was our first real Christmas in Maine and it was wonderful. A day full of eating and opening presents. Ian got his first real taste of how cool presents can be. One of the coolest ones was this cute little snowman hat. He doesn't usually like to wear hats, but it was all I could do to not let him sleep in it. After a crazy morning of family breakfast and lots of present opening, we headed over to Nancy and Henry's for a mid afternoon feast. I may never eat again. Ian had a lot of fun running through the house and making us all laugh.
Now that the snow has melted a bit, I'll be able to get over to the VonFrank residence and take some more pictures. Andrew surprised his parents with a fully decorated and lit Christmas tree. He is showing it to them as I write this. I wish I could be there to see their reaction, but someone had to put our very exhausted child to sleep.
Well, folks, this is all I've got. I'm wrecked and have to get to bed. I hope Santa was good to everyone. Now that I'm not working, I'll be sure to update this more often. Happy, happy, merry, merry.
Big Love,
Sarah
